Description

This marinade makes absolutely amazing grilled pork chops and chicken breasts. You can also bake the meat in the marinade, slice it and serve it in a lettuce wrap. Absolutely faboo!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Lemon Juice
  • 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ cups Olive Oil

Preparation

In a bowl thoroughly mix the marinade ingredients.

Place pork or chicken pieces in a glass or ceramic dish, or in a gallon freezer bag and cover with the marinade. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then cook as you like, baking, grilling, or slicing and stir frying. This marinade is a classic!

One marinade to rule them all and in the… yumminess bind them! Seriously, you have no idea how hard it is to find a recipe that all seven of us like; around here there’s always at least one kid who won’t eat whatever it is, but this is my holy grail of recipes. Every single person here said “Yum!” and asked for more.
Made it just as stated, except I didn’t have fresh rosemary and used dried. Best grilled chicken ever!
