Like the taste of Shake n’ Bake, but don’t like all the preservatives and sodium? This recipe is even better than the original!
If using the whole lot at once, mix all ingredients together in a gallon Ziplock bag and shake your chosen meat in it; bake as appropriate for chosen meat.
If mixing it for a later time (or if you are only using part of it) mix all ingredients EXCEPT the oil together and store in an airtight container. When you’re ready to use, add the oil and follow directions in first paragraph.
