My sister Heather smokes a mean Boston butt and her pulled pork is the best I’ve had. Here is her recipe for her dry rub seasoning. This also works great for smoked turkey.
Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container until ready to use. When ready to use, rub generously over all surfaces of the meat.
This makes enough to cover 2-3 large pork sholders.
