I can’t find these in Texas either but I think the closest thing to it are the Chinese red chili peppers that you find in your food at Chinese restaurants. sometimes you can get them at WalMart but for sure at an Asian market. We used to grow these in our yard in Hawaii.

I’ve never heard of Hawaiian red chili peppers, are they normally sold fresh or dried? Or, do you know of a substitution? Thanks!
