This Guiltless Caesar Dressing skips the raw eggs and replaces them with tofu. You’ll never know the difference!
Add cubed Parmesan cheese to blender. Blend on low until cheese starts to get chopped into tiny pieces.
Add in garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, tofu and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
