Description

I use this marinade all summer long when I want to cook on the grill. Everyone loves it!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Olive Oil
  • ⅓ cups Lemon Juice
  • ⅓ cups Soy Sauce
  • ⅓ cups Dried Parsley
  • 6 whole Chicken Breasts, Skinless/boneless

Preparation

Mix marinade ingredients in a gallon Ziplock bag and add chicken. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or as long as 24 hours. Cook or grill using your preferred method and enjoy!

These are the measurements I use to feed my family of 6. The amount can be changed either up or down depending on how many you are feeding, just keep the amounts all the same. I use boneless/skinless chicken breasts, so if you are using a bone-in chicken the cooking time will be different.
