Description

Sweet and tangy cranberry relish for your holiday table!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Cranberries, Washed And Picked Over
  • 1 whole Large Navel Orange, Peel On, Cut Into Small Wedges
  • ½ whole Lemon, Cut Into Small Wedges
  • ½ teaspoons Cloves
  • ½ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ⅓ cups Sugar

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until combined but still somewhat coarse.

Refrigerate in a covered bowl or mason jar overnight before serving.

This relish will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator, improving with age.

Low sugar, raw cranberries, and just enough twang from the spices, lemon and orange. A refreshing change from the cooked version. Try it you’ll like it!
