Caramel Sauce for Crepes

Description
A mild brown-sugar sauce that is delicious on crepes.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Flour
- 3 cups Milk
- ¼ cups Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Or Maple Flavoring (or Combination)
Preparation
In a small saucepan, whisk the flour and milk. Add the remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. When thickened, remove from heat and serve with pancakes, waffles, or crepes.
