I love onions. I am obsessed with them. I love them raw in salads and on sandwiches. I love them cooked in stews, fried, and my new favorite, cooked in balsamic vinegar and honey.
Sweet yet tangy, and perfect over a steak or in a sandwich.
In a skillet, add honey and balsamic vinegar. Heat up the skillet over medium heat and add onions and garlic. Mix, cover the skillet and cook for 30 minutes.
