I turned canned peaches into an incredible brunch side dish in 10 minutes. The magic ingredients are butter, cinnamon and your oven!
This could not be easier or more delicious. Make as few or as many as you like!
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Drain peaches and arrange them, cut side up, on a rimmed baking sheet. Place a small pat of butter in the center of each peach half, then sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
Roast for 10-15 minutes, until butter is melted and peaches are warmed through. Serve immediately.
