Healthy and tasty waffle. The ingredients sound like a crazy combination but they are delicious. You won’t be sorry if you try them and won’t have to hit the gym an extra day after eating them.
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until fairly smooth. Place batter in a preheated waffle iron. Enjoy! These waffles also freeze well so you can have them on hand to pop in the toaster. The vanilla and Splenda or Stevia are totally optional. Feel free to add other flavors or fruit if you want.

No, just uncooked regular oatmeal but I’m sure you could use the quick cooking or steel-cut oats. If you try it, let me know what you think, I was very surprised at how good they were.

Is the oatmeal cooked? Is it steel-cut, instant, quick-cooking… just trying to figure out how to make this; it sounds awesome! I’m a sucker for yummy healthy recipes!
