This is easy but tastes very good!
Bring the milk to a boil.
Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Be quick, we don’t want it to get lumpy! Stir until smooth.
Gradually whisk in the boiling milk. Whisk until smooth. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt.
Serve with sugar, cinnamon, butter and a glass of juice, or with jam (my favorite here is strawberry) and a glass of milk.
