Description

The best way to cool down on a summer morning.

Ingredients

  • ½  Frozen Banana
  • ½  Peeled Frozen Orange
  • 1  Packet Frozen Unsweetened Acai
  • ⅔ cups Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
  • ½ cups Gluten Free And Vegan Granola
  • 1  Handful Blueberries
  • 1  Handful Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegan Nutella

Preparation

1. Break up the acai in the packet. This will make it easier to blend.

2. Place the acai, banana, orange, and smaller amount of almond milk (⅓ cup) into a high speed blender. Pulse until well combined and it has a creamy consistency. Depending on your type of blender, you may need to stop mixing and scrape the sides of the blender to ensure everything combines well.

3. Place the acai mixture into a bowl and top with the granola, blueberries, strawberries, and nutella. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
