Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast for busy mornings. These are loaded with good for you ingredients like flax, blueberries, and chia seeds!
Start with a little almond milk on the bottom of your cup or bowl. Layer oats, yogurt, banana, flax meal, and chia seeds in whatever order you please. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or overnight.
In the morning, either microwave for a few minutes or eat straight from the fridge! Top with peanut butter, blueberries, banana, nuts … you get the idea.
