Description

I picked fresh strawberries from my sister’s garden and wanted to do something with them for breakfast. Came up with this DELICIOUS cream cheese! Would taste great on top of a blueberry bagel; unfortunately, I only had plain.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Bagel (any Flavor!)
  • 10 whole Strawberries
  • ½ blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar

Preparation

Cut bagel in half and put in the toaster. While bagel is toasting, dice the strawberries. In a bowl, cream the cream cheese. Add strawberries and sugar and mix until creamy. Once bagel is done, spread the cream cheese on your bagel. Enjoy with a nice cup of coffee!
