An easy yet delicious sausage and egg pie for breakfast or dinner.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Place crust in ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Chop up the sausage. Cook and stir sausage, both onions, and jalapenos over medium heat until tender, then remove from heat.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cumin, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in the sausage mixture and cheese. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
I sprinkle the top with extra cheese and serve it with salsa.
