Get your snack on! Bananas, oatmeal and chocolate chips make these bars simple and delicious.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9 x 9 baking pan.
In a bowl, whisk flour, oats, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat mashed bananas and brown sugar. Add egg whites, molasses, vanilla and butter. Mix well. Gradually add in flour mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until browned. Let bars cool for 10–15 minutes before cutting.
Keep leftovers in covered container.
