A delicious and healthy single-serving banana split with yogurt, Nutella, warm jam, fresh plums and pistachios!
Peel the banana, split it in half lengthwise and then cut it in half down the middle so you have four slices. Lay the halves in a shallow bowl and spoon the yogurt on top.
Warm the jam in the microwave until it is runny (about 15 seconds). Warm the Nutella the same way.
Drizzle the warm jam and warm Nutella over the yogurt and sprinkle the pistachios on top. Top it off with sliced fresh plums and enjoy!
