This is a pretty straight forward recipe for French toast.
Heat your griddle or skillet to 350, or med to med-high heat for stove tops.
Beat eggs with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Once its all liquefied, add milk and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on griddle
Dredge your bread slices in the mixture for about 10-15 seconds each side. You want the bread moist but not soaked and breaking apart.
Grill on each side 1-2 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit and a dash of powdered sugar.
