If you are like me and want a healthy, hearty breakfast for your kiddos, you will love this. When my daughter was too young to feed herself, I would feed her oatmeal every morning, but now that she is an independent 1 1/2 yr old, I had to figure out another way to get her her oatmeal. Everyone loves it and it is so easy! It will also keep well, so we eat it all week.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 8 x 8 baking pan.
2. Mix all of your ingredients together until well blended.
3. Spread evenly in the pan.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
This is especially tasty with warm milk poured over the top.
Note: You may add dried fruits, fresh fruits, jams, etc. for variation. I have been known to add 1/4 cup Nutella for a change.
