A simple, quick method for making homemade sausage. Can be used immediately!
Place meat in a bowl, add all spices and mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and use within 2 days.
Note: Only use the rolls of ground meat at the store. The snaky looking stuff doesn’t have the right texture and it WILL crumble and fall apart on you. Also, if you use really lean meat like I did, you might want to add a tiny bit of oil to the pan, to help with browning.

All three of us enjoyed these as ground turkey burgers. To avoid them falling apart, I added 1 beaten egg with a tsp. of milk and that worked out fine. To me, you could feel so much better about eating a sausage made with something lower in fat and with just a few seasonings out of the cabinet.
