Description

Pumpkin donuts rolled in a sugar and pumpkin spice mix.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 3 whole Large Eggs
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 15 ounces, weight Canned Pumpkin
  • 1-½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Cake Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Cake Flour
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix oil, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, spice and salt together just until smooth. Add flour, stirring just until smooth.

Spray cake ball pan with nonstick cooking spray and fill bottom side of pan to the rim. Place top pan in position. Bake for 13 minutes.

Mix the sugar and pumpkin spice for the topping and place in a bag. While the doughnuts are still warm, gently shake them in the bag with the sugar mixture.
