Crack open a can of pumpkin for a tasty fall breakfast.
In a medium pot, combine oats and milk, stirring frequently, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, and continue to cook until the milk has been absorbed. Remove the pot from heat.
Stir in pumpkin puree, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. Top with walnuts or pecans. Sit back and enjoy a delicious fall breakfast.
