A delicous and healthy twist on breakfast oatmeal, and a great way to use up extra canned pumpkin!
Stir oatmeal, water, salt, and pumpkin together in a cereal bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds, or until you’ve reached desired consistency.
Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
I use “spray” butter on my oatmeal in the mornings to lessen the fat, but feel free to add in a pat of butter.
