A fall twist on the breakfast favorite.
Beat the eggs, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and milk together in a bowl. Dip the bread slices into the pumpkin mixture and coat on both sides. Do not soak for longer that 30 seconds or you will get soggy bread.
Melt some of the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place bread slices into the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 2-5 minutes per side.
Serve warm with maple syrup.

Oh my those look yummy!!! I just wish I could find pumpkin around here. All the stores are saying they won’t have any until mid-October I’m craving anything pumpkin. Once it comes back in stock I will most definitely be making these!
