Protein-packed overnight oatmeal made with carrots, Greek yogurt and pecans. Perfect for spring and has 23 grams of protein in each serving!
In a small Mason jar or jar of choice, combine oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, protein powder, grated carrots, spices and salt. Stir everything together. Place lid on jar and give mixture a good shake to combine ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
You can serve oats either right from the jar or in a bowl. Simply serve with a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
Note: Each Mason jar contains 345 calories and 23 grams of protein.
