Aka peanut butter heaven! Protein-packed, low-sugar and vegan-friendly!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Pulse almonds, old fashioned oats and steel cut oats in a blender a couple of times or until you have a smaller grains of oats. Combine the ground mixture and all of the remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir until everything is mixed.
Press the mixture flat onto a large parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Let it cool then break into chunks of granola.
