You’ll love the peanut butter and apple pie flavor and the creamy texture of this quick and easy recipe.
1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the diced apple.
2. Pour into a mason jar or airtight container with a lid.
3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, so that the oats will soften and absorb the liquid.
4. Remove from refrigerator, stir and top with diced apples. Enjoy!
Notes: Oats will keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
