This is such a great breakfast! Very similar to my peach protein shake, that’s how I came up with it! I have also used blueberries instead of peaches, so try that too!
If using a frozen peach (see my recipe box), thaw in the microwave for 1 minute. If using fresh peach, cut into cubes.
Mix all above ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and enjoy.
I like my oatmeal a little runny with high texture, so if you like yours more “mushy” and thick, increase cook time to 2 minutes. Be careful though: it will be HOT!
