These rocky road pancakes are a twist on an old classic. This recipe is a must-try! Top off with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, marshmallows, and maraschino cherries. Your mouth will be in heaven!
Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Whisk oil, milk, and eggs in a separate bowl. Gradually pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix. Slowly stir in marshmallows and almonds.
Cook each pancake for 2 minutes on each side over low heat. Let pancakes cool for around 2 minutes.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, maraschino cherries, and marshmallows, if desired. Enjoy!
