We loved the flavor of these! One of my sons ate 4. You definitely have to cook them at a low temperature and slow. I also found it worked better to use pam in addition to or just in place of the canola oil.

I also had to throw away my disaster pancakes. The cakes will fall apart when you try to flip them because of the pineapple ring, they don’t cook evenly and honestly, they tasted pretty bad (maybe the acid from the pineapple reacting with something else?). They looked so good in the photo ![]()

The picture looks great. The recipe looks easy enough but I had to throw my pancake batter away. It was a disaster I am sorry to say. Hope others enjoy it though!
