These little sweet cakes are so yummy that they really do not need syrup!
Zest the oranges and then squeeze out the juice. Combine with remaining ingredients.
Heat skillet to medium heat and spray skillet liberally with Pam. Pour batter as desired for whatever sized pancake you prefer. Cook on each side until browned. This recipe should make aproximately 12 to 14 5-inch pancakes. Enjoy!

Definitely a yummy pancake with a delicate taste that made boring old pancakes that much better. Will be making these again.
