Pancakes you can make when your fridge is all but empty!
Pour all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until combined and the batter is no longer sticky or doughy. Be sure that it is not too runny either. You can add more Bisquick to correct the consistency if you add too much water.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. On my electric stove I set my dial at 4. You can spray non-stick spray on the skillet or use a pat of butter if your pancakes tend to stick to the pan. Use a spoon and scoop batter onto the hot skillet in your desired pancake size (leave some space between each). Let them cook until the edges round and begin to turn a golden color. You may see bubbles in the middle and that is OK! It will just make it fluffier. Flip the pancakes and cook until the edges begin to round themselves up off the pan. Then just remove them from the griddle and repeat making the rest of the pancakes. Enjoy!
