These pancakes are so amazing you can honestly eat them without any added agave syrup or raw honey. The banana and vanilla give them a little sweetness. You can barely taste the kale!
In a food processor, chop the oats and kale until fine. Add the banana, combine on low speed, and then add the vanilla, protein powder, eggs, almond meal, and baking soda.
Fry each pancake in coconut oil. Because of the banana, these pancakes will seem a little moist inside.
Serve with agave maple syrup or raw honey.
