I make this exactly as written – I love it! The pancakes are delicate to flip, but really tasty. I find cooking them on a little lower temperature helps it set up by the time I flip. This is a treat for a weekend breakfast or occasional easy dinner. Instead of syrup I serve them with lots of fresh berries on top. Sometimes I add a little vanilla or cinnamon in the batter. I’ve probably made this 20 times since it was posted, including for company.

These are great! Exactly what I was looking for, I used greek yogurt, it was what I had on hand I also doubled the recipe. My daughter and I both loved them!

Thanks for the recipe! I doubled the recipe using whole wheat flour and a little vanilla. Delicious, filling & healthy!

Is this 20 gr. of protein per batch or per, say 2 pancakes?
