These Gluten Free Blender Pancakes are shortcut heaven! Using Pamela’s Pancake Mix makes them super easy to whip up, healthy and kid friendly.
Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in blender and blitz until combined. Add more or less milk to get desired consistency.
Heat griddle and grease with butter. Pour pancakes out straight from blender. If necessary, spread them out with a spoon to get a nice round circle. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips. Flip when edges start to bubble.
Serve warm with warm pure maple syrup.
