A delicious twist on regular pancakes! Be sure to make the syrup too, it’s the best part!
Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and butter. Mix well. Pour into an ungreased 9×13 pan. Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes.
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, buttermilk, butter, corn syrup and baking soda. Bring to a boil, boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Serve immediately with pancakes.

it`s very easy. i make mine in a 9×13 glass baking dish.. i`ve never added anything to it, if you try it let me know how you make out!
