A quick and easy pancake recipe filled with sweet banana and spicy cinnamon. No flour or refined sugar!
Preheat griddle over medium heat.
Place all ingredients in a food processor of blender and process until smooth and evenly combined.
Grease griddle and pour 2 tablespoons of batter out at a time to form pancakes. Let each pancake cook for 3–4 minutes until bubbles start to form on the edges and it pulls away from pan. Flip and allow to cook for another 1–-2 minutes. Remove from pan. Repeat process for the rest of the batter.
Top with syrup, nuts, banana slices, etc.
