This is my husband’s grandmother’s recipe. Everyone loves it!
1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk.
2. Heat flat-bottomed frying pan on medium heat with a small amount of butter.
3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the frying pan. Tilt and rotate the pan to spread out the batter as thin as possible.
4. Using a spatula, flip over the crepe when the bottom side starts to turn golden brown in some areas (about 30 seconds to one minute). Do the same for the other side.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for each crepe, adding butter to the pan before each crepe if desired. Adjust heat setting if necessary.
Crepes can be stacked on a plate as they are cooked. Serve with maple syrup and fruit.

I just bought a package of Crepe’s from Henry’s last night and then thought what the heck, I’ll check Tasty Kitchen to see how difficult they really are to make. I came across your recipe and was amazed at how simple they are to put together! I loved them and will make these a regular weekend breakfast item for the family. Thanks

This is very close to a recipe that I’ve been using for 40 years!
Ours sons’ favorite breakfast!
