These banana protein pancakes taste like a treat, but with ingredients like protein powder, oats, bananas and cottage cheese, they’re actually really healthy—and a little chocolate never hurt anybody. Plus, they won’t leave you feeling hungry half an hour after you eat like normal pancakes do.
In a mixing bowl, blend together everything except the chocolate chips.
Heat a non-stick pan to medium high, then pour on your desired pancake shapes (small ones tend to be easier to flip). Sprinkle the chocolate chips on each pancake, then flip them once little bubbles start forming on top and they’re golden underneath. Remove cooked pancakes to a plate and finish cooking the rest of the batter.
Top with whatever you like and eat up!
