Based on the Colassal Cafe Apple Walnut Brie Pancakes, this is very tasty and very addictive!
Combine all of the ingredients except the cream and the brie cheese in a saute pan. Cook over medium to medium high heat until the apples are soft and the syrup is thickened. Add in a splash of heavy cream if desired.
Serve over huge yeast-based pancakes and top with a few thin slices of brie cheese. You can either use all of it on one stack of pancakes, or split it up, whichever you prefer.
