This Swedish Pancakes recipe requires only 5 simple ingredients and is really easy to make. Can be served with any jam or anything you like!
Combine eggs with half of the milk in a bowl and whisk. Mix in flour until smooth. Add salt, the rest of the milk, butter, and mix well.
Butter a skillet and pour a thin layer of batter. Spread it to the edges. Fry until the surface of the pancake is dry, then flip. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with any sweet toppings you like.
