Description

Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE OATS:
  • ½ cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Raisins
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste, Optional
  • ⅔ cups Milk (or Any Liquid Of Your Choice: Water, Non-dairy Milk, Yogurt Or Even Juice!)
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • ¼ cups Blueberries
  • ½ cups Vanilla Yogurt (I Used A Jar Of My Homemade Yogurt)
  • 6 pieces Almonds, Chopped

Preparation

Mix all the oats ingredients in a glass jar (I recommend using a 14-ounce jar) with a lid. If you don’t want to add chia seeds, just don’t add as much milk. You can mix any spices, sweeteners, or dried fruit you like into the oats and milk. Seal the jar, put it into the refrigerator and let the oats soak for at least three hours, ideally overnight.

In the morning, you can add fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt and other favorite toppings to your oatmeal. Enjoy!
