A twist on French Toast using leftover biscuits
Using a 9×13 oven safe baking dish lightly spray with cooking spray. Arrange biscuit halves in rows of 3 or 4.
In a large bowl mix all of the remaining ingredients, except the melted butter and syrup. Pour over biscuits and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
Drizzle with melted butter and bake at preheated 350F for
45-60 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Top with fruit or maple syrup.

Hmmm…we never seem to have biscuits leftover in our house!
