Use up those pumpkin and squash seeds with this great recipe for homemade granola! Goes well with milk or on top of yogurt.
Rinse squash seeds with warm water and remove any extra slimy “pulp” that might be attached. Drain and let dry.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and spread evenly over a nonstick rimmed sheet pan. Roast for 20–25 minutes, checking and shifting halfway through to prevent burning.
Remove from oven, cool and enjoy!
