30-minute granola with toasted oats, crunchy chopped nuts, and sweet butterscotch chips.
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except nuts and butterscotch chips) until well combined. Spread evenly on a large baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove sheet from the oven and stir the oats around. Return to the oven for another 5–10 minutes, or until oats are lightly golden. Remove pan from oven and place on a wire rack. Sprinkle chopped nuts and butterscotch chips over top and let cool.
Once cooled, remove granola from baking sheet and store in an airtight container. It will keep for up to 1 week.
