Mini Breakfast Oatmeal-Nut Bites

Description
A grab-and-go breakfast, flavorful and easy!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Instant Oats
- ¼ cups Unsalted Mixed Nuts (chopped Finely)
- ¼ cups Pure Honey
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Pure Almond Extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray (I use Bakers Joy).
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to combine. Add one small scoop to each muffin tin well. Place into the oven on the middle rack and bake 8–10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool, remove with a spoon, and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
