Description

Perfect low carb English muffins teamed up with my quick freezer friendly breakfast sandwich recipe! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1  Low Carb English Muffin
  • ¼ cups Egg Substitute, Or 2 Egg Whites
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 slice Low Sodium Turkey
  • 1 slice Kraft Singles

Preparation

Slice the English muffin and toast till desired crispness is reached.

While the muffin is toasting, spray a mug or small round plastic container (one with the same diameter as the English muffin) with nonstick cooking spray and pour in egg whites. Top egg whites with salt and black pepper and microwave for about 60 to 90 seconds.

Place toasted English muffin on a plate and top with egg white, turkey and cheese. Microwave assembled sandwich for an additional 20 seconds to melt the cheese.

Note: To freeze this, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. To reheat, remove the sandwiches from the plastic wrap and wrap in a paper towel. Microwave for 1 minute. Flip sandwich over and microwave for 1 more minute on regular power.
