Creamy, healthy oatmeal made with coffee, almond milk and cream cheese.
Place oatmeal in two 6-inch ramekins.
In a blender mix together all remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour equally in oatmeal-filled ramekins. Stir until oatmeal is completely covered with liquid.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Serve with some chocolate chips or a cookie on top.
