Great for breakfast, lunch, brunch or supper! This is a great go-to dish that will satisfy all of your eaters!
Preheat oven to 400 F. Place the frozen crust in the oven with a sheet of aluminum foil over it. Bake for 5 minutes. Take foil off and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
While that is baking, in a bowl, mix together half-and-half, eggs, salt and pepper.
When crust is done, pull it out of the oven. Sprinkle the ham, cheese and minced onion in the bottom. Pour egg and cream mixture over the top and place it back in the oven.
Bake for 40 minutes or until custard is firm and cooked through. Remove it from the oven. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving
Garnish with a little parsley if you’re feeling fancy!
